Perfect hotel
Exceptional friendly, polite staff that helped a lot . Due to our flight delay we were allowed for a late check out, and could use the spa facilities till our flight.
Perhaps a better explanation of hotel facilities. Delicious breakfast just no vegetables.

Excellent hotel in a great location
The breakfast was amazing. So was the spa. The room was very spacious and felt luxurious. The staff are absolutely amazing and take really good care of the guest.
The pillows were a bit strange. It was difficult to get comfortable with them. Also, room service is very expensive.

Wonderful
The room size was good; some other hotels in the same category I stayed at had tighter rooms. I always appreciate full-length windows, particularly when overlooking a beautiful backyard garden. In general, the food and service were very good.
I requested a luggage rack, and they told me it was unavailable.

Excellent few days in Barcelona at the Hotel Alma
Fantastic location, walkable to many shops and attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel bar/garden is a wonderful place to have an afternoon drink. Rooms were spacious and stocked with fantastic amenities. The no-cost minibar is an excellent touch for customer service.
Room only included one firm pillow -- other pillows were very thin. Difficulty keeping the room cooler (could also not open windows to take advantage of the cool evenings). Suggest including more ability to plug in items near the bedside tables (e.g., no USB ports) if possible.
